Great customer service from the front counter employee Chris. Had an issue with the room at check in. He was apologetic and made things right. Room had some cosmetic issue and wear and tear but was clean. No bugs and appeared clean. Would stay and again.
We have been traveling to Pennsylvania and from Pennsylvania to Florida for over 20 years. We took a chance on this hotel on our trip back to Florida and I was so pleased with it that I will stay at this hotel every time we return home to Florida. Clean, comfortable bed. The girls running the desk were very helpful and courteous. Love love love!!!!!
Absolutly the best place we've ever stayed! They were very clean and quiet we went in for a little getaway after getting married and Chris was so amazing! If you are looking for a good clean place to stay with great staff I definitely suggest them! Thank you so much Mr.chris for making our stay memorable
Very friendly staff, they are pet friendly with a pet fee of $25 per room. They only had a king size suite available that was pet friendly, but it was a really good price. Beds are super comfy. Rooms are clean
Clean rooms, helpful staff. When we checked in on 07 29 2025, the front desk attendant (wish I could recall his name) was the nicest guy we've ever encountered at any hotel anywhere. Seriously this professional made us feel so welcomed. The lady attending the breakfast in the morning was on top of her game too. She kept the space clean and well stocked. Well Done to the team at Country Inn & Suites.
The hotel was very clean as I entered in. The staff greets and especially the front desk agent who was bilingual made us feel like family:) They were helpful and extremely patient with our requests( even forgot the key card in the room) The rooms were spotless clean. The sheets smelt super fresh even though it's a pet friendly place!!! My cat didn't get even one tiny flea. I am very happy to say that I am planning to return again. The very plus feature for me at this hotel also was the indoor pool which was excellent during the rain we got to swim inside! The breakfast lady was on top of everything keeping the breakfast room stocked and clean and all staff including the housekeepers seem to work well for a great stay for all guests. Awesome job!!!

I dont know why there is so many bad reviews, rooms are very clean, breakfast was fine. The man at the front desk was very friendly. The only thing that bothered me was people slamming doors at night.
